Senryuzan

Founded in 1826 in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Senryuzan is one of the city's oldest continuously operating kilns. Across generations, the Yoshika family has upheld the traditions of Hagi ware, firing through a traditional wood-burning climbing kiln where each result is as unpredictable as it is irreplaceable.
