Osada Tea Matcha Tasting Set

Sale price$62.00

Two tins, one sitting. Osada Tea's Matcha Tasting Set brings together OG Matcha Kakitsubata and OG Matcha Kogamo, two organically certified ceremonial-grade matchas that share the same commitment to quality while expressing distinctly different characters. Kakitsubata, crafted by tea master Natsumi, winner of the Japanese Tasting Championship, is smooth and refined with a subtle roasted depth, processed through a bead mill for a texture that whisks cleanly into a composed, even cup. Kogamo, stone ground from leaves grown in the Tenryu mountains of Shizuoka, carries a velvety body with a hint of roasted warmth and produces a luminous, foamy bowl when whisked. Both are sourced from Shizuoka and select regions of Japan, harvested in spring, and blended under the guidance of Final Roasting Master Sakuya. Side by side, the differences are subtle but worth attending to.

Please note: Food items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the rare case of damage, defect, or error on our part.

Two Osada Tea organic matcha tins, OG Matcha Kakitsubata in a purple patterned tin and OG Matcha Kogamo in a green patterned tin, photographed side by side with a small pile of vivid green matcha powder on a white sheet, against a white background.
