Shinzangama Yamatsu was founded in 1868 as a ceramic maker in Mino Province of Gifu Prefecture, Japan's largest ceramic production district.

Using white porcelain, Shinzangama Yamatsu is pioneering new methods of ceramic-making while respecting the traditional methods passed down over 150 years.
